There are a few ways to create a dataset from your inference logs:

You can import rows into a dataset from the logs table.
Import a filtered set of logs
Go to
https://app.athina.ai/develop
Select “Import from Logs”
Filter and select a sample size of logs and click Next
Enter a name and (optional) description for your dataset - Done!
